Mr. Klaus Berka is one of the founders of Analytik Jena AG. Since 1990 he oversees product development and international activities of Analytik Jena AG. Mr. Berka was responsible for the development of analytical systems that are used today by well known corporations all over the world. Berka has held various positions in Resaerch and Development at Carl Zeiss before co-founding Analytik Jena AG. He received an engineering degree with distinguished honors.

Mr. Jens Adomat co-founded Analytik Jena AG. His responsibility includes international expansion of the company as well as worldwide human resources development. Adomat has been one of the core developers of ESER-computer-systems at Robotron Leipzig and of the UV-VIS spectroscopes by Carl Zeiss, that were recognized worldwide.

Mr. Doehmen, CFO, has extensive professional experience in the areas of finance, accounting and controlling at both national and international companies. Following a business studies degree at WWU Münster, he was employed in various business administration positions in the Mannesmann group for ten years, over half of which were spent working as a controller in the USA. On his return to Germany in January 2001, he was responsible for the business management of first the German and later the European subsidiaries of a Nasdaq-listed technology group before joining Analytik Jena as Head of Finance, Group Accounting and Controlling in January 2006.
