Analytik Jena fulfills its social responsibility as a dependable employer in this emerging region. Every success of the group is owed particularly to a highly qualified and very committed workforce of the company. As of September 30, 2010, the group had a total of 796 employees, including 49 trainees. Analytik Jena’s social responsibility does not end with the offer of flexible working times and all-day childcare for the staff. The overall trend in personnel is consitent with Analytik Jena’s growth strategy.
